★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pues en si no es birreria, es menuderia y lo hacen de un modo distinto a la zona occidente del país. Acá es tipo pozole/menudo, y aunque se ve extraño, el sabor es muy bueno. La atención es muy buena y el personal amable y sonriente. Para los que son de la zona es un buen lugar para disfrutar un domingo de menudo y para los que no, es un buen lugar para probar cosas nuevas.
