Hay birria de borrego y de res y ambas están deliciosas, las tortillas son hechas a mano y al momento.
Sin duda es la mejor de todas las birrias que he probado en Texcoco.
No olviden pedir tepache, está delicioso.
Regresaré sin dudarlo.
