Por cierto muchas gracias Sra. Flor Aguirre quien fue la que me atendió en mis dos visitas a este lugar ? Ahora lo más más importante por decir es la delicia, delicia, delicia !!!! de birria, presentada en distintas formas ya sea de Chivo o de Res y ambas son deliciosas y presentadas de distintas formas ? Debo decir que ya es uno de mis lugares favoritos en México para disfrutar de este delicioso platillo típico ? realmente en mis dos visitas pude comer y disfrutar cada, cada bocado El Sr. Salvador robles quien es dueño de este establecimiento, quiero ¡Felicitarlo! Por gran gran trabajo que ha echo en este lugar, abace de trabajo duro, no tuve el placer de conocerlo en esta ocasión pero en un futuro espero hacerlo. ??Saludos a todos y gracias por todo? Pero en primera la cocinera anterior ya no está ahí y digo no importa mucho por qué esta súper rico aun...pero hablo de que el plato de mi esposa casi al terminar tenía una mosca enorme ya cocinada al reclamar, mi hija termino con si agua y tenía un peloooo al terminarla entre los hielos , yo sugerí que usarán cofias por qué la verdad es un lugar super bueno y riquísimo y al menos quisiera un poco más de higiene de su parte. Lo recomiendo ampliamente ?? Excellent food and service, it's just ironic that there is a sign persuading you to bring your "topper" to reduce plastics and save the planet, and in turn line the dishes with a plastic bag so you don't wash them.
