La enbirriada tiene un muy buen sabor no muy condimentado, tienen 3 salsas que puedes degustar con la enbirriada, la birria o los Danchos embirritados. Las salsas son básicamente 3 niveles de picante, los dos primeros son tolerables y sabrosos hasta para niños que consuman picante es preferible conocer esto ya que si no gustan tanto del picante es probable que no les pregunten.
El dueño es súper amable y platicador, pueden conocer la historia de las embirriadas si entablan una conversación con el.
Lo único deficiente es el servicio de las meseras que al parecer son nuevas y solo quien te atendió al inicio te hará caso.
100% recomendado por la comida es un plato que hay que experimentar.
A very clean place with excellent food. The enbirriada has a very good flavor that is not very spicy, they have 3 sauces that you can taste with the enbirriada, the birria or the enbirritated Danchos. The sauces are basically 3 levels of spiciness, the first two are tolerable and tasty even for children who consume spicy, it is preferable to know this because if they do not like spicy so much, it is likely that they will not be asked.
The owner is super friendly and talkative, you can learn the history of the embirriadas if you strike up a conversation with him.

Sin duda volvería a comer en ese lugar.

The restaurant it's affordable for any kind of public, and many options of meat like lamb, pork or beef. A must have if you visit Mariachi's city.
