★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La mejor birria que puedas encontrar en la región, pasa temprano de preferencia antes de las 10 AM pues acaba muy rápido el señor Javier, lo ubicas en la carretera Irapuato a Pueblo Nuevo a un kilómetro Aproximadamente a mano izquierda junto a un vivero en esta zona, debo decir que el lugar lo ha ido habilitando poco a poco y está en proceso de ofrecer un mejor servicio para su clientela, ya en sitio vale la pena probar el delicioso consomé que también ofrece y las tortillas hechas a mano son buenísimas.
