★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi coach del gimnasio me lo recomendó para incrementar la fuerza en mi brazos ya que no tengo la cúpula del radio en el brazo izquierdo y la fuerza de este es mucho menor que la de mi brazo derecho. Lo recomiendo bastante ya que es un aparato muy sencillo de utilizar, he logrado rehabilitar mi brazo y ha cumplido el objetivo de incrementar la fuerza. Es muy recomendable, sobre todo para las personas que practican artes marciales.
My gym coach recommended it to me to increase the strength in my arms since I don't have the dome of the radius in my left arm and its strength is much less than that of my right arm.
