Today I ordered 2 Angus hamburgers and they sent me 2 from pastor (which were really bad, by the way) and when I called the delivery man, he told me it was a cooking error, that he only picked up and delivered the order. The business, when making the claim for an exchange or refund, told us that it was an error in the delivery of the order by the delivery man. Blaming each other. Terrible service and business responsibility.

A FRAUD, honestly I felt cheated. I ordered twice in this place (the second time without knowing what they were, since in Didi you can see that they have several accounts with different names...) The first time I ordered, I received a TOTALLY different hamburger than the one in the photos they use to promote their menu. The meat to begin with is not 150gr... it is a medallion of meat that IS NOT ARRACHERA, according to them it was, it was reheated, precooked and reheated, the dry bread, lettuce and tomato are a joke... the potatoes are pitiful, cold and hard, also reheated. I'm a Chef, and I was ashamed of this. Really pink disrespect. I understand that service setbacks can happen, every gastronomist knows it, but this is ridiculous. And the second time, I ordered in another place, supposedly, also for Didi, and I get the same package from them, with the same brochures. Worse than the first time, a disaster. I wrote to them by wsp, supposedly their manager told me to tell her what happened, I told her, and she left me on seen. For the level and quality of product they have, they are VERY EXPENSIVE. I feel sorry for those who work there, if the staff is not properly trained, or if the owners decide to offer this service... but it really is AWFUL.

Lousy food, lousy service, better to do something else, DON'T EAT THERE it's dog meat!!!! Flour tortillas spoiled!!! The taste for what I tell you about its natural waters and they are from Zuko!!!! I made an order through the platform, where they put giant burritos and when I received it, it arrived normal size, and obviously they charge you as if they had sent you what they proposed. Of course, take it as a promotion, but if they are not going to fulfill what they offer, it is better not to put "promotion" and deceive people. You still pay them, and if you want to get good reviews, improve your service and don't cheat people. ??
