★ ★ ★ ★ ★ this was SO delicious. The wine was good, and cold which was great, and the salad was yummy with a nice vinagrette, and the pizza (Emily) was to die for. We had more of it the next morning for breakfast. This so far is the best restaurant at the beach in our opinion....even with restaurants in Progresso.....this was number one. Highly recommend although check out the menu ahead of time if you dont take your phone, as you get a QR code only. No paper menus. We managed but better to look earlier and know what you want. YUMMY.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thin crust pizza loaded with toppings. We enjoyed the spinach and artichoke dip too. Seems like an expat hang out - was kind of refreshing to hear English being spoken for a change though.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best pizza we have had since moving to Mexico. Cooked in a brick oven, and delicious toppings. Good service, they speak English and Spanish.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really good thin crust pizza, and they have salads. Not just some weak iceberg lettuce, but the real deal! Varied mixed greens, good presentation, and healthy portions. We started with the fresh made pita and artichoke Feta dip, then shared a dinner salad between the two of us. Pizza was a healthy personal size, so sharing each dish worked out perfectly. Even though we were nearing maximum density, we crossed over to the dark side and had the triple layer chocolate cake with two scoops of icecream. Can't move, send help.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Man-o-man is this place a diamond in the rough. It is really in the middle of nowhere, but does this place rock. If you've ever been to Mexico, you know that pizza is not necessarily a strong point of the people. This place makes a VERY GOOD pizza, calzone, pasta. They are very busy but only open from 6-10pm. It is run by a woman from Kenya, her partner is an accomplished Italian chef in the heart of the Yucatan, how can you go wrong? Please find this place. You will not be disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don’t miss this if you are anywhere near the Northwest Coast! Wonderful, homemade Italian food in a beautiful and unique setting. The pasta primavera and the baked ziti (wood fired!) we’re amazing. The house salad was the best, freshest salad I’ve had in Mexico. Our sever, Eva, is part of the Kenyan-American family who runs this fabulous place- she was a wonderful sever- welcoming, courteous and professional. We can’t wait to come back on our next trip.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is our favorite place in Chuburna and arguably one of the most enjoyable places we’ve ever been, it always has a chill atmosphere with really good pizzas, a great way to finish the day. It’s definitely a hidden gem (and hidden it is, as you’ll need to spot a small sign on the highway and enter a small sandy road to get there)
