★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bistro Organico was our favorite restaurant in the Sayulita & San Pancho area. Beautiful back patio, thoughtful dishes, and mediterranean ambiance. Unfortunately, the service there is severely lacking. We were ignored by the main server the entire night - having to get up to request another drink, our main dish, etc (the place is not big). The chefs were top notch though!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came for the Valentine's Day 5-course meal and it was one of the best of my entire life. The owners came by and showed me pictures of them selecting vegetables individually from a nearby organic farm. The chefs are from Oaxaca which has the best food Mexico, combined with a California sensibility. Cannot recommend highly enough.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bistro Organico delivers thoughtful and sustainable cuisine in a beautiful setting. We heard about the restaurant through the people of Terenal, the one organic market in Sayulita, and we were not disappointed. We booked a reservation for New Year's Eve and enjoyed a delicious, five course meal with live music (relaxed vibe - easy to carry on our conversation) and perfectly balanced cocktails with fresh, local ingredients. We returned for brunch on new year's day and again we loved our meal. We wish more of the local establishments took this kind of care in their approach to food - a must visit whether you're staying in San Pancho or in Sayulita.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is FANTASTIC. We got the banana pancakes, huevos rancheros (with the best red sauce I think I’ve ever had), and marlin quesadillas, and they were all delicious. Cappuccino was also very delicious. Loved the atmosphere in the courtyard, and it was surprisingly very cool with so many fans on even in 90 degree heat at 1pm. Definitely recommend!!
