★ ★ ★ ★ ★ muy mal trato, el la sucursal de cdmx son muy groseras y por estar preparando las bolsitas de los accesorios no te hace caso y si te contestan es de mala gana y si pides por línea es peor, no cumplen con los tiempos de entregan y aún así la culpa es de uno cuando no saben poner bien las indicaciones
very bad treatment, the cdmx branch are very rude and because they are preparing the bags of the accessories they ignore you and if they answer you it is reluctantly and if you ask by line it is worse, they do not meet the delivery times and even so the fault is of one when they do not know how to put the indications well

Fui a comprar a palma #35 en el centro joyero tienen 2 locales uno donde estan 3 sritas muy groseras y el otro donde solo atienden a 2 muy amables.
Deberían de checar a su personal ya que si uno les pregunta no es para molestarlas es por que uno no sabe o tiene duda sobre todas las cosas que se necesitan muchas estamos emprendiendo y apenas estamos conociendo los productos... De verdad con respecto a su mercancía todo muy bien pero a su personal.... Estas 3 sritas muy pero muy groseras.

I went to buy at Palma #35 in the jewelery center, they have 2 stores, one where there are 3 very rude young ladies and the other where they only serve 2 very friendly people.
They should check their staff because if you ask them, it's not to bother them, it's because you don't know or have doubts about all the things that are needed, many of us are undertaking and we are barely getting to know the products... Honestly, regarding your merchandise all very well but their staff... These 3 young ladies are very, very rude.
