Fui en 3 ocasiones:
La primera me dejaron el cabello más o menos.
La segunda me cobraron $200 de más, le pedí a la cajera recibo y me comentó que por error me había cobrado de más, lo raro es que ella captura los conceptos y las cantidades las da el sistema que manejan.
En la tercera vez que fui (y última) a pesar que no tengo mucho cabello y lo tengo corto me cobraron dos veces el concepto de luces: luces $2,400 y luces media cabeza $1,200, o sea cómo??? Pues cuantas cabezas me están cobrando?

Resulta que siempre me ha atendido ella y ahora que ella no trabaja más en Bisuza tuvieron que hacerme 2 veces tratamiento para intentar dejarme el balayage que ella me hacía muy bien (pese a que lleve la foro que muestra claramente lo que me hacían) Agradezco que Bisuza me haya dado garantía y no me cobrarán por segunda vez decolorarme y pintarme el cabello, pero lamentablemente me lo maltrataron bastante y además me lo tiñeron de la raíz cuando Carol nunca hacía eso. Ahora se ve rojo ;( por eso busco a Carolina porque me he dado cuenta que no era Bisuza sino ella quien entendía lo que quería y lo hacía muy bien.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me encantaba hasta que me harté de su sistema de "peinados son aquí y el maquillaje allá arréglese con las maquillistas" la tercera vez que fui hasta tuve que ir al oxxo a cambiar el billete porque las maquillistas no llevaban dinero y en la estética siempre dicen que no tienen cambio, creo que hay otros salones qué ofrecen todos los servicios sin tanto rollo.
