★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El peor servicio de todos. La gente tiene una flojera para trabajar, lo hacen todo mal. Fui a urgencias por un esguince y la señorita de admisión dijo que nuestro seguro solo “cubre hospitalización”?? Claramente no era cierto, tenía flojera de ella hacer el tramite que le tomó dos minutos. Total, me pasaron y un doctor que ni era especialista me quería dar una pastilla para el dolor y ya. Al final, para que la aseguradora pagara, estuvimos dos horas esperando y resulta que otra señorita igual de inutil le faltara mandar una radiografía. Nos tenían esperando horas y tuvimos que marcar a la aseguradora para ver cómo iba el trámite porque los del hospital no saben hacer nada.
 The worst service ever. People are too lazy to work, they do everything wrong. I went to the emergency room for a sprain and the admission lady said that our insurance only "covers hospitalization"?? It was clearly not true, she was too lazy to do the process that took her two minutes. Total, they passed me and a doctor who wasn't even a specialist wanted to give me a pain pill and that's it. In the end, for the insurer to pay, we waited two hours and it turns out that another equally useless lady had yet to send an X-ray. They kept us waiting for hours and we had to call the insurance company to see how the process was going because the hospital people don't know how to do anything.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buenas noches, mi impresión sobre el hospital es de 10.si pudiera daría una más alta, todos son muy amables desde las admisión hasta cuando te retiras estuve 3 días , hospitalizado y me trataron muy bien super atentos con todo, las enfermeras de verdad se preocupan por que estés bien, el chico que lleva la comida también muy atento..las chicas de limpieza la verdad lo recomiendo 100 % los doctores encargados de piso..muchas gracias por hacerme sentir bien en un momento tan fuerte para los que estamos enfermos. Gracias son un gran equipo.
Good evening, my impression of the hospital is 10. If I could, I would give it a higher rating, everyone is very friendly from admission to when you leave. I was hospitalized for 3 days and they treated me very well, super attentive to everything, the nurses really know They worry about your being well, the boy who brings the food is also very attentive... the cleaning girls really recommend it 100%, the doctors in charge of the floor... thank you very much for making me feel good in such a strong moment for those of us who are sick . Thank you, you are a great team.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención es la adecuada y muy óptima el personal es muy amable este hospital más que excelente en todo aspecto y las habitaciones son muy bien equipadas y estuve internado y es más llevadera la enfermedad con la atención y muy bien regulado respeto al COVID-19 lo recomiendo

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My family received services from this hospital in Jan 2016. While the facility is state of the art, but all the paper work and billing is in Spanish. I asked for itemized bill and customer service from the hospital. No one has responded to our 3 emails. I was over billed, and I can't seem to get any answers from the hospital. Caution is advised to Americans patients.
