★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimo servicio al cliente, pides informes y de muy mala manera te los dan, te dicen que solo los fines de semana hacen peinados y maquillaje siendo que entre semana tambien lo hacen, pides una cita y estando en Abril te mandan para julio, se dan su paquete como si fueran un hair-salon en san francisco california donde si rifan, la verdad no la recomiendo no vayan a menos que quieran ser insultados! Si pudiera darles menos mil estrellas lo haria.
Very bad customer service, you ask for reports and in a very bad way they give them to you, they tell you that only on the weekends they do hairstyles and makeup, since they do it during the week, you ask for an appointment and being in April they send you for July, they give your package as if they were a hair-salon in san francisco california where if they raffle, the truth I do not recommend do not go unless they want to be insulted! If I could give you fewer than a thousand stars I would.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Desagradable experiencia fue acudir a su local, siempre tienen la puerta cerrada, cuando fui a solicitar informes a duras penas me quisieron abrir, solo por mi apariencia me juzgaron, te discriminan...
No acudan si no quieren ser insultados...
Que diferencia en las estéticas de Silvia Galván en la Colonia del Valle o de Alfredo Palacios en Polanco, esas estéticas si son de renombre y te tratan super bien y no te discriminan por tu raza ni religión.....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente lugar para acudir a arreglarte el cabello o maquillarte, la atención del dueño y sus colabores es muy buena, los peinados por pablo y los maquillajes de jessy son muy profesionales lo recomiendo muchísimo.
Excellent place to go to fix your hair or make up, the attention of the owner and his collaborators is very good, the hairstyles by Pablo and Jessy's makeup are very professional I highly recommend it.

El personal brinda atención de lujo; y el trabajo que realizaron en mi cabello de verdad fue increíble, muy contenta con el resultado; mi cabello no se maltrato nada debido a que tuvieron mucho cuidado usando productos de súper buena calidad.. muy lindos y muy atentos, los precios muy razonables... Lo recomiendo mil veces!!
I loved! The staff provides luxury attention; and the work they did on my hair was really incredible, very happy with the result; My hair was not mistreated at all because they were very careful using super good quality products .. very nice and very attentive, very reasonable prices ... I recommend it a thousand times !!
