★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio en atención al cliente, las fechas brindadas por parte del fabricante no coinciden con las fechas de entrega, no se tiene un seguimiento del estatus de los pedimos, y sobre todo si se contrata el servicio de flete no es puntual y te dejan plantados. Deja mucho que desear producto vs servicio.
Terrible customer service, the dates provided by the manufacturer do not coincide with the delivery dates, there is no monitoring of the status of the orders, and especially if the freight service is contracted, it is not punctual and they leave you planted . It leaves much to be desired product vs service.
