Aqui adquirí un anillo que seria un regalo y su terminal no sacó el el boucher, aun cuando se confirmó que el cargo se hizo por el aviso por mensaje a mi celular y confirmando el cargo por teléfono en el banco ,por ser de firma electrónica mi tarjeta de crédito no era necesaria la impresión del boucher. Tuvimos que cargar dos veces la compra a mi tarjeta y tuve que hacerbuna aclaración a mi banco por teléfono para que no se me cobraran doble. Todo lo anyerior me hizo perder tres horas de mi dia!!!! Que pesimo servicio!
Unfortunately, I received terrible service from the staff. Here I acquired a ring that would be a gift and its terminal did not remove the boucher, even when it was confirmed that the charge was made by the notice by message to my cell phone and confirming the charge by phone at the bank, as my electronic signature Credit card printing was not necessary from the boucher. We had to charge the purchase to my card twice and I had to make a clarification to my bank by phone so that I would not be charged double. Everything anyerior made me lose three hours of my day !!!! What a terrible service!
