★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pros: siempre hay un instructor durante la sesión, todos son muy respetuosos, los equipos están en buen estado, buen ambiente.
Cons: es MUY caro, no tienen estacionamiento incluido, no hay medidas anti covid y fuera de los ejercicios con las peras o los costales, la verdad es que son las mismas rutinas que tiene Fausto Murillo en YouTube y se pueden hacer gratis en cualquier parque.
Pros: there is always an instructor during the session, everyone is very respectful, the equipment is in good condition, good atmosphere.
Cons: it is VERY expensive, they do not have parking included, there are no anti-covid measures and outside of the exercises with pears or sacks, the truth is that they are the same routines that Fausto Murillo has on YouTube and they can be done for free in any park .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So I cannot rave enough about this place. It's not a gym, it's a community. Definitely making my dreams come true and met alot of people who are genuinely perfect inspiring people. Come here when your spirit is down and witness a turnaround. God bless this space and all the people in it.
The only thing that can improve is the music. If you are sensitive in the spirit, some things are not good to expose yourself to. I find myself having to leave or bring my own music/headphones to dilute and protect my Spirit man.
