★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy bueno el lugar, yo buscaba algo donde me pudiera sentir cómodo y con ganas de trabajar, ya que el tema de la procrastinaxion y la flojera es lo que me estaba matando, además de la obesidad y aquí lo encontré, además de todo cuando mis hijos me acompañan los couches los integran a algunas actividades, y ahora mis hijos son los que me impulsan para no faltar a las clases por malos avitos, como la flojera, por qué a ellos les encanta asistir al entrenamiento, no tengo más que felicitarlos, y recomendarlos, gracias

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esta es mi tercera semana entrenando con ellos y no puedo decir más que ¡me encanta!. Los WOD son muy buenos y completos. Los entrenadores siempre están muy atentos a la manera en la qué haces los ejercicios (pues al hacer un ejercicio mal, te puedes llegar a lastimar un músculo). Se nota que les gusta lo que hacen :).
Definitivamente lo recomiendo.
This is my third week training with them and I can't say more than I love it! The WODs are very good and complete. The trainers are always very attentive to the way you do the exercises (because doing a bad exercise, you can hurt a muscle). You can tell they like what they do :).
I definitely recommend it.
