★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De las peores experiencias en mi vida arrendando coches. El servicio pésimo, la dueña súper grosera y mal educada, nos cobraron un daño que el coche ya traía y antes nos habían dado uno con el cinturón de seguridad malo. Perfecta descripción de lo barato sale caro.
Of the worst experiences in my life renting cars. The lousy service, the super rude and poorly educated owner, charged us a damage that the car already brought and had previously given us one with a bad seat belt. Perfect description of how cheap it is expensive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mala experiencia, un conocido me los recomendó y reserve 7 días antes de mi viaje; me confirmaron y mande mi itinerario para que fueran por mi al aeropuerto. Envíe un mensaje antes de llegar para confirmar y no recibí respuesta. Llegando marque y me dijeron que no tenían mi reservación y que ya no tenían autos disponibles. Después me comentaron que me darían días gratis de servicio; pero de imaginar que cuando iba a pagar por el auto se desentendieron de mi reserva; ahora gratis seguro no me volvían a contestar. Me hicieron perder tiempo por lo cual no recomiendo a esta empresa por su falta de seriedad.
Bad experience, an acquaintance recommended them to me and I booked them 7 days before my trip; They confirmed me and I sent my itinerary so that they could pick me up at the airport. I sent a message before arriving to confirm and I did not receive a response. When I arrived, I checked and they told me that they did not have my reservation and that they no longer had cars available. Later they told me that they would give me free days of service; But to imagine that when I was going to pay for the car they ignored my reservation; now for free they would surely not answer me again. They made me lose time so I do not recommend this company due to its lack of seriousness.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible experience with this company. Employee pickup at hotel but they didn’t speak English. Not too much a problem at first, however it’s a big problem when the contract is only in Spanish.
Office is located in a shady industrial complex. This should’ve been the first warning sign.
Manager had to be called to the office, claimed that all contracts had to be in Spanish and English contracts were against the law. Every other rental place offered contracts in Spanish and English. In addition, they claimed all insurance was included but had not show me where. Both very big red flags.
Manager was hostile and just when I thought we had resolved the issues, he then stated he would no longer rent me the car and demanded 300 pesos to drive us back to the hotel.
After hostile negations, I had them drop us at the airport and paid the driver some gas money for his time. Overall, a horrible experience and I can’t advise people to run away fast enough from this company

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They tried to scam us at the end by telling us that the dirt was scratches when they came off with water easily? then they tried to tell us that we used the spare tire and the one we came back with wasn't the one they gave us. In the end they asked us to pay 18oo pesos for a new tire when we never used it. It was the wrong car in the first place. Don't do business with these scammy extortionists. Pickup service from the airport took one hour.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked a car and was told in my confirmation email that they would be waiting at the airport for me. After showing up, they were no where to be seen. I had a local call and talk with them and they told me that they would be there in 10 minutes. After waiting 15-20 i tried calling and texting their number and couldn't get a response. Finally after about 30+ minutes a received a text that told me they didn't have a car for me and they were no longer coming. We were forced to pay $70 to take transportation to the hotel.
Don't book.
