★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me enamoré del lugar, super amplio y con personal muy capacitado y buena onda, desde el primer día me sentí cómodo.
Cuando te inscribes te explican como está el show y puedes acudir a tu clase sabiendo que no habrá sobrecupo porque tienen su propia pagina de internet donde eliges las horas a las que asitiras. Super chido.
I fell in love with the place, super spacious and with very trained staff and good vibes, from the first day I felt comfortable.
When you sign up they explain how the show is and you can go to your class knowing that there will be no overcrowding because they have their own website where you choose the hours you will attend. Super cool.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pretty good Crossfit box: spacious; lots of equipment including some strongman stuff like sandbags and newer ski erg rowers. The program seems decent, although they don't seem to break it into push/pull/squat or horizontal/vertical. But there's a strength/skill component every day, followed by metcon. The teachers are also super nice and welcoming.
I would give them 5 stars if not for the bathroom upstairs. It is absolutely filthy. Walking inside is impossible due to a smell that enters your lungs and makes you want to vomit. This is just unacceptable. And it's not that hard to clean the tiny 2 stall bathroom.
Other than that, great place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A great gym to drop in and train. If you do CrossFit they have classes at 10,11 and 12. If like me you don’t do CrossFit, they have a lot of weights equipment and a dedicated personal trainer / coach for the weights who will help you with your form and suggest work outs for what body part you want to work, which is so helpful! It is 70 pesos to drop in for a day. It closes for lunch. It wasn’t busy when I went in the morning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a big and well equipped box to practice crossfit. They also have a space to do your own workouts, that looks good and with quality machines.
The coach is very friendly and we felt the atmosphere was overall friendly.
Be aware that we were 20+ people there with one coach only, so if you care about your technical side, be careful!
