Por otra parte venden proteína y algunos artículos de deporte, tiene muchas áreas diferentes de trabajo y próximamente un área al aire libre.
Perfecto para ponerte en forma y disfrutar del ejercicio y tu salud física.
Además dentro de el se encuentra Rehavitali una clínica de Fisioterapia y Rehabilitación donde la atención es increíble y son terapeutas muy preparados.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los aparatos aún están en buena forma, y puedes hacer bien de todo, a mí me gusta el área que tiene con pasto sintético que es para las clases, porque se puede usar para estirar después de hacer peso, y para ejercicios de piso y resistencia. Es recomendable ya conocer tu rutina, los entrenadores no se te acercan a preguntarte cómo pueden ayudarte ni nada. En estos tiempos de pandemia está bien, pero ni te enteras que hay alguien a quien puedes preguntar ni vigilan que hagas el ejercicio de manera correcta.

El entrenador anterior que estaba con su novia ha sido el mejor. Que lástima que se fue! El miércoles pasado que fui a entrenar chocaron mi auto estacionado en la esquina, sé que no es culpa del gimnasio pero si tuvieran una cámara podría hacer visto quien fue, adentro tampoco hay cámaras, por favor tomen en cuenta la seguridad de sus clientes. Es indispensable sentirnos seguros mientras entrenamos y la zona no contribuye a esto. Si no hay estacionamiento al menos tengan cámaras para este tipo de incidentes.

Falta una cortina entre las regaderas y el sanitario de damas. Muy amable el entrenador y con mucho conocimiento fit.

The previous trainer who was with his girlfriend has been the best. What a pity that he left! Last Wednesday when I went to train they crashed my car parked in the corner, I know it's not the gym's fault but if they had a camera I could see who it was, there are no cameras inside either, please take into account the safety of your clients. It is essential to feel safe while training and the area does not contribute to this. If there is no parking at least have cameras for this type of incident.
