★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un buen lugar vende mercancía barata y de calidad. Solo que la atención de los empleados deja mucho que desear, principalmente en Gran Plaza ojalá que los orientarán más respecto a la buena atención que deben darle a los clientes, pues la gente que compra ahí debe ser la prioridad para ellos, entre un saludo al llegar, dar las gracias después de la compra, mostrar todo lo que desees ver que está dentro de las de vitrinas y hasta la bolsa que deben darte para la mercancía que lleves, todos esos detalles los dejan mucho de lado sin importarles, siguen en su celular o platicando con sus compañeros y si se los pides se enojan y contestan mal. Ojalá que los dueños de las sucursales de Mazatlán pusieran más atención a esto referente a todos sus empleados.
 It is a good place that sells cheap and quality merchandise. Only that the attention of the employees leaves much to be desired, mainly in Gran Plaza I hope they will guide them more with respect to the good service they should give to customers, because the people who buy there should be the priority for them, between greetings to the arrive, thank after the purchase, show everything you want to see that is inside the showcases and even the bag that they should give you for the merchandise you carry, all those details are left out a lot without caring, they are still in their cell phone or talking with their classmates and if you ask them they get angry and answer badly. Hopefully the owners of the Mazatlán branches would pay more attention to this regarding all their employees.
