★ ★ ★ ★ ★ "Manuel" really shouldn't be a tattoo artist, his attention to detail was poor, he didn't really seem to CARE much about doing a good job on my girlfriend's tattoo, and he charged too much (1800 pesos) for such a small, flawed piece. If you can't even speak English, you don't get to charge us based on the exchange rate.
"Jose" was my artist, and he is competent and I am happy with his work. It helps that he spoke enough English to understand what I wanted, and his price was more appropriate for the work done. I paid 2500 pesos, which was fair.
Will not return to this particular shop.
