★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A good breakfast but it's sad to see the staff all wearing masks even now it's not a requirement. I won't support places to ay push their own "rules" on the staff. It's inhumane and effects the service and whole experience. Plenty of places in town that aren't doing this now.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a great place to hangout. As the couches are really comfortable. I have had much better V60 coffee though at other places. The filter coffee tasted much better and also had a free refill. For food this place has no plant-based options which is a shame.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been here many times, Ienjoy the coffee and setting. However, as is the problem throughout San Cris in many restaurants the customer service is bad. I could not hear the server, I asked her for water and never got it. I told her I wanted to order food after having some coffee and she never took my order. They should either get paid better so they can give better service or these servers in this whole space need better training. I think both the former and latter would be best. I decided to eat somewhere else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3 stars for location, decor and ambiance. The menu options here are strange, I ordered an egg and avocado "toast" and this was served to me. If I wasn't starving, I would 100% send it back to the kitchen. That toast was drenchedddd in what tasted like a warm chipotle mayo? Ugh just terrible. Why don't some chefs understand that simplicity is everything? I couldn't taste the poached egg, the avocado, the toast, nada. I basically ate warmish chipotle mayo. Haven't tried anything else here, but menu did not look promising. The 3 stars are for the coffee and the boujiness of the interior design. That's it. I'd say skip. Go to 500 noches downstairs, go to la tertulia for far better-balanced food for half the price, go to Belil and Aguacate for much better tasting food.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great food and coffee! I had the omelette with spinach which was good, and the bread it came with was fresh and soft.
I also had the pan de muerto and they cut it in half and put chocolate cream inside. Divine! Doughnut was good; not super fried which made it taste more healthy and not so much of an oily doughnut which you might crave.
I liked the horchata cold brew and carajillo. The brewed coffee (that comes with one refill) was ok. Service was great; wifi was ok but wouldn’t take a video call there; might be loud.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ From an architectural point of view this is a "must go" place. They also have a wonderful old la marzocco portafilter machine and a very friendly service there. You could sit for hours in this amazing ambiente. The only thing is, that the cappuccino was just kind of okay without latte art and with cinnamon powder on the top, which in my opinion is a no go! There was no latte art on it, which I would expect in such a beautiful place.
