★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El producto es bonito, resistente y “original”, la atención por redes sociales fue amable. Estaba emocionada ya que “personalizan los detalles de acuerdo a las fotos que envíes” pero el producto final no está tan personalizado como te lo venden y el precio me parece elevado en relación a la calidad (inclusive la calidad de la caja).
Además aceptan pago con tarjeta pero solo débito, con crédito te cobran la comisión, que en teoría el banco por contrato prohíbe dicha práctica.
The product is beautiful, resistant and "original", the attention through social networks was kind. I was excited because "they customize the details according to the photos you send" but the final product is not as personalized as they sell it to you and the price seems high in relation to the quality (including the quality of the box).
They also accept payment by card but only debit, with credit they charge you the commission, which in theory the bank by contract prohibits this practice.
