★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buen entrenador personal, ambiente muy ameno, desventajas el equipo es algo escaso supongo que es por el espacio del cual disponen, algunos plus son la venta de suplementos y agua, ahora por lo de la pandemia cubrebocas y sobre todo muy económico.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se agradece que esté limpio y que haya muchas medidas de higiene. Pero la mayoría de los aparatos están en mal estado, son un peligro a salud. En el aparato de la sentadilla perfecta te resbalas, para hacer femoral sentado duelen mucho las rodillas, las mancuernas no están calibradas y ningún aparato para hacer cardio funciona. Los jóvenes que están por las mañanas no están capacitados para ser instructores, son muy amables eso sí. Pero para cumplir tu objetivo principal que es ejercitarte no me parece que sea un buen lugar, sólo perdí mi dinero. No lo recomiendo.
It is appreciated that it is clean and that there are many hygiene measures. But most of the devices are in poor condition, they are a health hazard. In the perfect squat apparatus you slip, to do seated hams the knees hurt a lot, the dumbbells are not calibrated and no cardio apparatus works. The young people who are there in the mornings are not trained to be instructors, they are very friendly, yes. But to fulfill your main objective which is to exercise it does not seem like a good place to me, I just lost my money. I do not recommend it.
