Se tardan años en enviar tus pedidos. Pides un tipo de tela y te mandan otro. En mi caso se equivocaron en los artículos, había pedido una blusa de manga larga y mandaron manga corta y para hacer el cambio tuve que estar yendo a su sucursal en la frikiplaza 3 veces porque siempre que iba no tenían mi paquete y según ellos ya la habían mandado. Nunca me respondían mis mensajes ni llamadas y siempre justifican sus errores y la mala calidad de sus productos. Además en cuanto alguien pone una mala reseña sobre su tienda en su pagina de fb inmediatamente la borran y te bloquean. Es una verdadera lastima porque tienen muy buenos diseños pero no tienen calidad ni en sus productos ni en el trato con los clientes. Evítense la molestia de comprar aquí. La foto que pusieron en redes no se parecía en nada al corte de la ropa. Las medidas que tienen literalmente son cuando las costuras están a punto de romperse.
