Our guide, Pepe was so nice and patient. He taught us how to adjust and helped us feel comfortable and confident in the water. He moved at our pace and was a joy to be around. Hands down one of the best things I’ve done in my life. my husband and I had a blast and would do it again and again!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Blackfin Freediving is why I have a brand new passion in my life. Pepe pushed me for a long time to join him in diving without tanks and I was resistant. In the last two years I have gone on to buy all of my own freedive equipment and built up all the way to the level of Freediving Instructor. I love freediving and try to do it as much as possible in my free time from scuba and I have almost only ever gone freediving with Pepe and Blackfin. The confidence I built in myself with a new set of skills after being very proficient in a different level of water activity shows me how much I can grow in all water activities and I thank Pepe for all of his teaching and patience with me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best freediving team in Mexico, I did my level 2&3 SSI with them. Cannot fault them in any aspect. Super knowledgeable, friendly, approachable, safe and above all an absolute laugh! Will be coming back to playa del Carmen purely to Freedive. They have an amazing set up with the cenotes, l each location as beautiful as the last. Weather you’ve never even snorkeled before or if you’ve been freediving for years, this place can accommodate. Definitely worth giving a go.
