Intente realizar la certificación para ser conductor Uber con ustedes, al momento de pedir fotografías es muy difícil que reconozca tu rostro ademas que la identificación sea totalmente legible. Tratando de hacer legible mi IFE tome otra foto la cual quedo totalmente negra, no deja regresar a hacer el proceso y con la foto negra automáticamente te califican como no aprobado.
Jamas contestan el teléfono de atención a clientes y el trato vía facebook y correo electrónico es pésimo.

Try to make the certification to be an Uber driver with you, when asking for photographs it is very difficult to recognize your face and the identification is fully legible. Trying to make my IFE readable, take another photo which is completely black, does not let you go back to do the process and with the black photo you automatically qualify as not approved.
They never answer the customer service phone number and the deal via facebook and email is appalling.

No me dieron capacitación previa para contestar el examen de certificación de Uber y al mandarles un correo para que revisaran dicha prueba, responden que no encontraron inconsistencia en las respuestas que indiqué, y para variar cuando les respondo que me evalúen con otro tipo de pruebas ya no recibí respuesta alguna. Semejante falta de respeto y ofensa que rinden
Terrible system and attention they have. They did not give me prior training to answer the Uber certification exam and by sending them an email to review the test, they respond that they did not find inconsistency in the answers I indicated, and for a change when I answer that they evaluate me with other types of tests already I received no response. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Están dejando a mucha gente honrada sin empleo y no les dan respuesta mas que su aviso de privacidad , deberían de otorgar otra oportunidad y considerar las estrellas o las gratificaciones de los choferes , creo que para eso son. alguien debería de publicar la injusticia en redes sociales .
They are leaving many honest people out of work and give them no answer other than their privacy notice, they should grant another opportunity and consider the stars or the bonuses of the drivers, I think that's what they are for. Someone should post the injustice on social networks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buenos días, la verdad no se como UBER permite que una empresa como esta decida el futuro de la aplicación ya que están dando de baja muchos conductores con buena experiencia la gente se queja que no hay conductores y los que hay no les aceptan tarjeta no le doy mucho futuro a esta aplicación si siguen tan estrictos yo no le daba ni siquiera una estrella a esta empresa que ni te dicen el motivo de tu baja ni contestan correos menos el teléfono -5 estrellas

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buenos días no encuentro dónde preguntar si ustedes me pueden ayudar con mi suscripción a Uber pues ya tengo más de una semana que me suscribí me dieron la autorización de el examen y al subir mis documentos me pide la aplicación qué es un documento de mis impuestos un documento del cual no tengo porque sino estoy dado de alta en hacienda y pues yo solo me quiero suscribir como chofer y no me da de alta la aplicación pienso que es por ese documento que me falta pero no sé a dónde acudir o cómo hacerle porque la misma aplicación que me permite solicitar una cita y no me deja suscribirme bueno la aplicación está en espera de que yo subo al documento si alguien me puede ayudar se los agradecería mucho gracias
