Adriana Cabrera y Gerson Frau dirigen el Sadhaka Training “el mejor entrenamiento de maestros que nuestros corazones y mentes pueden ofrecer”.
El objetivo del training es formar Sadhakas, que significa aspirantes a Yoguis. Por esto se hará especial atención en la Sadhana (práctica integral) de los alumnos.
Este entrenamiento es adecuado tanto para los que quieren profundizar en su práctica como para los que ya enseñan o quieren hacer de la enseñanza de yoga su profesión.
Es un programa completo y práctico donde se trabajará paralelamente en dos planos: técnica de enseñanza de Yoga y desarrollo personal del practicante.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This studio is beautiful and the staff at the front desk is friendly. I took a vinyasa class at 15:00 on a Wednesday with Rocio. There were about 6 or 7 people including myself in the class and everyone was more advanced than I was. The instructor spoke English and made sure to translate instructions for me and I really appreciated it. My biggest complaint is that the instructor did not offer modifications most of the time. I take vinyasa/flow classes regularly at a couple studios in Sacramento, CA and am familiar with most movements. I can usually keep up in classes, modifying poses to fit my body. This studio felt like a very serious yoga studio that couldn't be bothered and I did not feel comfortable attending as a not-so-beginner.
