★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La peor empresa, no entienden la esencia de su negocio, de que están ofreciendo produtos para hoteles. No entregan sus pedidos a tiempo, siempre tienen retraso para la entrega de sus productos. Hicimos un pedido desde diciembre 2019 y hasta la fecha de hoy, 17 de febrero de 2020 no se han contactado para darle seguimiento al pedido. Uno siempre tiene que estar atrás de ellos, pero con cualquiera que hables, solo dicen que ellos no son los responsables de la entrega a tiempo, que es por parte de los proveedores, después que somos nosotros por no "atender" sus llamadas, para resolverles sus incidencias, aunque nunca llamaron. Prometieron entregar el pedido definitivamente el 11 de febrero, luego el sábado 12 y ahora es 17, que apenas enviarán el pedido, para que llegue seguro el próximo mes.
The worst company, they do not understand the essence of their business, that they are offering products for hotels. They do not deliver their orders on time, they are always late for the delivery of their products. We placed an order since December 2019 and until today, February 17, 2020 have not been contacted to follow up on the order. You always have to be behind them, but with anyone you speak, they just say that they are not responsible for the delivery on time, which is on the part of the suppliers, after it is us for not "answering" your calls, to resolve their issues, although they never called. They promised to deliver the order definitively on February 11, then on Saturday 12 and now it is 17, which will just send the order, so that it arrives safely next month.
