Pésimo servicio, hice un pedido el 11 de febrero 2019, me dijeron que el pedido llegaba en 20 días máximo, ya han pasado más de 6 meses cada vez que voy a reclamar me dicen que regrese en 20 días. Ahora no me quieren devolver el anticipo argumentando que no hacen devoluciones de efectivo, y sí me lo dijeron desde un principio, pero me pregunto ¿Cómo quieren que respete sus políticas si ustedes no estan cumpliendo con la entrega?
SIGO EN ESPERA DE UNA RESPUESTA 4 DE OCTUBRE 2019 AUN NO SE COMUNICAN CONMIGO. PROPIETARIO POR FAVOR INDIQUEME UN NUMERO DE CELULAR PARA CONTACTARLO PERSONALMENTE Y DARLE MI INFORMACION PERSONAL Y LOS DATOS DE MI NOTA DE COMPRA.
