★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio de la persona que recibe la ropa que al parecer es uno de los dueños. Uno entiende las políticas , pero la forma en como se dirije al cliente, es una persona muy grosera. Si uno va a pagar por el servicio pero no a recibir plegones o malos tratos de alguien que se supone que alquila sus servicios. Trato al cliente . En fin pésima atención.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mala atención de parte de la persona que recibe la ropa. Dentro de las políticas es indicar si alguna prenda va manchada y lo anota como observación, eso es correcto. Lo que no es correcto es que te entreguen tu prenda manchada y lleve uno el paquete cerrado para demostrar que así fué entregado y todavía el tipo se pone a decir que esas manchas ya estaban y que además la ropa que llevé a ese lugar es ropa vieja. Muy grosero. No recomiendo para nada este lugar, qué bueno que hay más opciones, tal vez la gente va por la cercanía pero en definitiva deja mucho qué desear.

What is not correct is that they give you your stained garment and take one of the closed package to show that it was delivered that way and the guy still starts saying that those stains were already there and that the clothes I took to that place are old clothes . Very rude. I do not recommend this place at all, it is good that there are more options, perhaps people go because of the proximity but ultimately it leaves much to be desired.
