★ ★ ★ ★ ★ son las 12:31 acabo de ir a la sucursal y no hay gente pero la persona que esta atendiendo me informa que no me puede dar servicio por que tiene muchos pedidos......es mejor que digan que no quieren atender al cliente a que se comporten groseros y prepotentes....deja mucho que desear el servicio

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Antes el pollo venía bien bañadito en salsa alitas, ahora sólo está salpicado; sin charolas para la comida; con el personal más pendiente del celular que de preparar la ensalada. Hace años el servicio era excelente, pero ahora ha decaído.
Sacaron tazones con diseño de la marca que yo no había visto, pero prefiero que me sirvan de comer con buen sabor y sazón en un tazón de plástico transparente, a que me sirvan mala comida en un tazón con la imagen del negocio.
Before, the chicken came well dipped in chicken wings, now it is only sprinkled; no food trays; with the staff more aware of the cell phone than preparing the salad. Years ago the service was excellent, but now it has declined.
They brought out bowls with a brand design that I had not seen, but I prefer that they serve me to eat with good flavor and seasoning in a transparent plastic bowl, than that they serve me bad food in a bowl with the image of the business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible el sevicio y de la calidad mejor ni hablamos. Una ensalada mediana vale 130 pesos con una muy pero muy mala calidad y solo te dan una pequeña porción de aderezo y si quieres mas te lo venden en 20 pesos

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mala atención. La persona mal encarado, molesto, como si te hiciera un favor. Aunado a que cobra y prepara sin higienizar su manos. No tienen más que ensalada y disque agua de pepino que no sabe a nada.
