★ ★ ★ ★ ★ CERO ESTRELLAS, NO RECOMENDADAS. Pésima atención al cliente. Arreglos con HONGOS y no se asemejan a la información de la página. ENGAÑO TOTAL con sus productos. Mejor compren en el Palacio si ya van a gastar miles de pesos y ahí si dan garantía.
ZERO STARS, NOT RECOMMENDED. Lousy customer service. Arrangements with MUSHROOMS and do not resemble the information on the page. TOTAL DECEPTION with their products. Better buy at the Palace if you are already going to spend thousands of pesos and there they do give a guarantee.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No compren plantas acá. Nos es posible que una orquídea que venden en 1700 pesos y que no florece aún con todos los cuidados, no tenga garantía. Porque si compras una orquídea de 1700 es para darle todos los cuidados obviamente. Alguna garantía deberían tener. Nos hicieron ir, no la quisieron cambiar y si queriamos otra con costo adicional.
Ya parece que les vamos a regalar más dinero.
Pésima experiencia, nada que ver con lo que muestran en su página.
Don't buy plants here. It is possible that an orchid that sells for 1700 pesos and that does not bloom even with all the care, does not have a guarantee. Because if you buy an orchid from 1700 it is obviously to give it all the care. They should have some guarantee. They made us go, they did not want to change it and if we wanted another one with an additional cost.
It already seems that we are going to give them more money.
