★ ★ ★ ★ ★ confié en el lugar porque ví fotos en Instagram y FB, pedí un balayage y tuve un platinado, NO me explicaban lo que iban haciendo, NO preguntaron mi opinión, al momento de ir viendo el color blanco canoso se lo comenté a una de las chicas,y dijo "ahorita con el secado te cambia el color" siguió secandome el cabello de espalda al espejo,cuando ví mi cabello quería llorar. Tenía 5 horas ahí! La dueña se ofreció a teñirlo más oscuro, pero se le notaba molesta porque comenté Que no me sentía cómoda con el resultado... pagué lo que se me cobró NO ESTANDO CONFORME. Jamás lo recomendaría y JAMÁS VUELVO.
I trusted the place because I saw photos on Instagram and FB, I asked for a balayage and I had a platinum one, they did NOT explain to me what they were doing, they did NOT ask my opinion, when I saw the gray-white color I told one of the girls , and said "right now with the drying it changes the color" he continued drying my hair with his back to the mirror, when I saw my hair I wanted to cry. I had 5 hours there! The owner offered to dye it darker, but she seemed annoyed because I commented that I didn't feel comfortable with the result... I paid what I was charged, NOT SATISFIED. I would never recommend and NEVER GO BACK.
