★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sus persianas no están bien trabajadas , a menos de un año de su instalación empezaron a separarse del material que traen bajo y acarree los tornillos . Además de que las dejaron mal del largo ; les pedí que vinieran a revisarlas y no lo hicieron .
La señora presiona para vender , pero cuando se trata de reparar sus persianas se le olvida llamarte .
Yo la verdad estoy muy molesta por que se rompieron y se ven súper mal .?

Por mi opinión me contactaron y a ultimas me dijeron que yo tenia que pagar la reparación de una mala fabricación, aseguran que fue mal uso por que algún mueble los daño, siendo que no tengo muebles. Cuando vino el técnico detecto que la instalación estaba mal desde los taquetes, ya que dos personas se cayeron por que los taquetes no eran los adecuados, culpo al instalador. Van a tratar de argumentar que es mentira todo esto, pero tengo la evidencia, con gusto quien quiera se las puedo proporcionar , esto con la finalidad de que a ustedes tampoco les queden mal. Yo me había mantenido, di por hecho que algún día tendría que cambiarlas (Obvio no con ellos)_; ellos me buscaron a mi y en vez de dar una solución me culpan por que las persianas quedaron muy largas, se les caen los tornillos lo que provoca que la tela se rompa y por que se caen de golpe debido a que los taquetes son los incorrectos. El día de hoy realmente me hicieron enojar y puedo decir que su fabricación y servicio es malo. Son muy buenos para vender, incluso son hasta latosos pero para pos venta no. Mi ejecutivo fue la señora Guadalupe. Reitero quien guste le envió evidencia.
