THEY DO NOT SUPPORT THEIR PARTS AND WARRANTIES. I bought a Christ with them and unfortunately after two days of use it fell off the cross. I went back to the store for an exchange/or fix and was denied. The only resolution they offered me was to pay for the repair, which is totally unacceptable, since the part was only two days old.
