Son bastante groseros y hasta el dueño también lo es, no te responde y te dice que luego te lo resuelvo, pero no te atienden. La verdad sus apartados no te explican a detalle y se molestan cuando preguntas. Esa actitud la verdad te amarga un día de compras. No lo recomiendo creo que hay mejores tiendas en atención y calidad. Tengan cuidado con su dinero
