Mandé a hacer un pastel para un cumpleaños y mis niños que lo estuvieron esperando toda una semana, un día antes hable para confirmar la entrega y me dijeron que no había problema. Sin embargo cuando llegué por el pastel ya lo habían vendido. De verdad que coraje tener ese trato por parte de un establecimiento que creia era serio. No me brindaron solucion y sólo me dijeron que lo sentían . Agradecería mucho poder contactarme con el o la encargada principal de blonda. [email protected]
Appalling. I definitely do not recommend the service. I sent to make a cake for a birthday and my children who were waiting a whole week for it, a day before I called to confirm the delivery and they told me that there was no problem. However when I arrived for the cake they had already sold it. Really what courage to have that treatment from an establishment that I believed was serious. They gave me no solution and only told me they were sorry. I would be very grateful to be able to contact the main person in charge of blonda. [email protected]
