★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Por ahora solo atienden con cita si donas para un paciente, en mi caso respondieron rápido la llamada, después llame para agendar otra cita y tras varios intentos respondieron, marque un martes y me dieron cita para el lunes de la siguiente semana. Si la donación es altruista no es necesario agendar cita. La entrada es por la puerta 3, la estación más cercana es Dr. Márquez del MB, en la entrada un policía pregunta si tienes tu folio e identificación, el proceso de donación de sangre desde la llegada es aproximadamente de dos horas y tres si es de plaquetas. La atención es muy buena, en general todos fueron amables. Recuerden leer los requisitos ya que son muy estrictos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Primero pierdes toda la mañana. Si solo vas a donar sangre completa tardas 30 min en sangrado y si son plaquetas más de una hora. Esos tiempos son independientes del papeleo y la valoración médica. En total esperas de 2-3 hrs. Entre semana en fin de semana es más. Ten en cuenta que la paciencia es una virtud. Además te dan una colación y agua la que quieras.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente lugar, las enfermeras y doctores muy gentiles, el procedimiento a pesar de ser un poquito tardado es muy eficaz.
Los resultados son actualizados, así que no tendrás que ir al hospital a recoger tu hoja, ya todo lo envían por correo.
Me gusta donar y espero que todos los pacientes se recuperen :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El banco de sangre del Centro médico siglo XXI se encuentra cerca del metro hospital general, también del metro CMN pero esta más retirado, de referencia esta en la calle frente a la plaza pabellón Cuahutemoc. Para poner donar tienes que llevar identificación oficial, saber en qué hospital atienden al paciente y en qué servicio está. Si eres apto para donar, al terminar te van a dar un "Luch" o colación que debes comer ahí, y te dan más recomendaciones. El trato no tiene nada que ver a lo que estamos acostumbrados, aquí son muy amables. Si puedes siempre invita a donar a más personas de forma altruista aún que no tengas pacientes que la necesiten.

Se debe realizar prebia cita por internet y acudir con una identificación. El proceso es un poco riguroso pero ágil y rápido.
Primero entras a una sala para llenar una hoja con tus datos, luego te realiza la toma de signos vitales (estatura, peso, temperatura, FC, FR), para calificar si eres candidato, posteriormente te toman una muestra de sangre y la mandan a laboratorio. Después de unos minutos acudes a recibir tus resultados y te informan si puedes o no continuar con el proceso de donación.
Finalmente acudes a una sala donde realizar la donación y posteriormente a a tomar un almuerzo proporcionado por la institución.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es importante sacar cita para que no te hagan esperar mucho, ese sistema ayuda a agilizar mucho el proceso, la atención del personal es muy buena, como muchos dicen tienes que ir con dos horas estimadas para pasar ahí, lo que más suele demorar sin ser demasiado es la entrega de resultados para saber si eres candidato o no a ser donador.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La primera vez que fui a donar todo bien (excelente diría yo), pero en esta ocasión necesitaba donadores para mi mamá nuevamente y no me permitieron agendarlos por teléfono, me mandaron a la página web y no había citas, perdí 7 oportunidades de donantes por esos cambios y algunas personas viajaron de lejos para apoyarme.
Además de que la atención telefónica es pésima, te contestan de mala gana y de forma muy grosera.
Pésima mi experiencia actual a la anterior.
