Todas las personas que trabajan ahí siempre son amables contigo y te hacen sentir en casa. El trabajo que hacen también es increíble e impecable, y los productos que utilizan son de muy buena calidad. Nunca había sentido mi cabello tan bonito en mis 26 años. ¡Muchas gracias Bloom 23! En especial a Ana que fue la que se encargó de mi ❤️ y a Brenda que también siguió todo mi proceso para verificar que quedara como yo quería.
Algo que también me gustó es que cuentan con las medidas de protección ahora en ésta pandemia.
I went to a color design and it is a super nice place, clean and with excellent customer service. All the people who work there are always nice to you and make you feel at home. The work they do is also incredible and impeccable, and the products they use are of very good quality. My hair has never felt so beautiful in my 26 years. Thank you very much Bloom 23! Especially to Ana who was the one who took care of me ❤️ and to Brenda who also followed my entire process to verify that it turned out as I wanted.
Something that I also liked is that they have the protection measures now in this pandemic.
