Ahí nadie te critica, ni ve si tu ropa combina etc....solo nos enfocamos a ir mejorando día con día , literal es un lugar donde puedes aprender a sobre pasar tus miedos y limitantes ... En verdad amo ese espacio ❣️
It is the best place to exercise, you find an excellent team that motivates you in a thousand ways... The couch is super professional and always takes care of your posture to avoid injuries.
There no one criticizes you, or see if your clothes match etc... we just focus on improving day by day, it is literally a place where you can learn to overcome your fears and limitations... I really love that space ❣️
