If you buy from here ensure that you inspect the products, they will accuse you that you have stained the dress or as the cashier put it “ embarrado “ look at the pictures of the “stains” I never wore the dress, then they had no idea how to make a return. Literally the cashier told me to step out of the store to go ask for someone else’s opinion. The manager did not even care to see the “ stain” or for me to explain, she flat out was not having it. I have to keep an expensive dress that I did not stained and doesn’t fit. They also have no dressing rooms with a mirror Inside of the dressing room. They have one hole in the corner. Which means that you have to go outside the dressing room everytime you try something on. For a store that charges so much for dresses, investing in a mirror inside the dressing room after they take all the clients money is a none brained. I will never buy from this store nor recommend this to anybody. Just remember if you truly love something of the 3 dresses they currently have, ensure that you inspect every inch and take pictures. You will not get your money back. I was also asked to go get a coffee while she attempted to call the bank to be able to do the return. Nightmare! She said that it’s was not gonna happen today. Worst customer service. Will not be surprised if this store is closed in not time. It should be. In sum they took the dresses back and told me that they didn’t know how to do the return or the other dresses. So even when they don’t find “stains” they still will give you the run around and will take the clothes back but not make a return HORRIBLE BUSSINES
