Tienen el peor servicio de entrega de sus articulos, me confirman que iran un dia antes, pero estuve marcando el dia de la entrega y nada, tuve que cancelar cosas personales, para que al dia siguiente me digan que se les olvido y que quieren reprogramarlo. MAL SERVICIO

Pésimo servicio de entrega un día antes marcan para la programación de la entrega de los muebles y todavía de eso llegan los muebles todos rayados yo compré una sala y un comedor y me los entregaron rayados su servicio de garantía lo hacen arreglando los rayones con un plumon que mal servicio no recomiendo que compren hay

Pésima experiencia. La atención post-venta es muy mala, no hay un teléfono claro al cual comunicarse y las fechas de entrega no las cumplen por mucho tiempo. Volví a confiar en ellos y fue un error, sigo esperando mi pedido desde hace dos semanas y nadie me responde.

Walk into this store, the biggest mistake of my life. But didn't know that at the time of entering the store. Vero the sales person was so helpful showing us around and helping select a a sofa. Once they took the money for the sofa all hell broke loose. delivery date they gave us came out to be false waited all day for delivery nothing then another delivered date they gave us again nothing. they didn't even have the courtesy to call and say they wouldn't show up On the third delivery day finally they came at 7 p.m. instead of noon like they said. call it a delivery I would not it was more like Drop and run. They dropped the sofa off like in 5 minutes and run out the door they didn't even put it together. After they storm out the door I noticed they delivered the wrong sofa. Then I noticed they had a pillow missing. I call the store to inform them but I was giving the run-around so many times that I finally had to go into the store. in fact I have to go to the store many times and make scenes that I finally got the correct sofa like 3 weeks later, but not the missing pillow. This time the delivery Personnel not only take all of ten minutes to deliver but they install the legs with mismatched screws I informed them that I was not satisfy with that. Not only that didn't bring the proper tools to install the legs. They scratch my walls as they bought in the furniture. I went to the store to next day to inform them about the mismatch screws on the Legs. they told me they would check into it. Since I was there I made a scene about not receiving the pillow. These people only respond when you make a scene in front of other customers. To my surprise they gave me a pillow from the sofa on this display. I was unhappy was that but I had to accept it because it has been over 2 months with no pillow. To my disbelief witin 2 weeks after receiving the sofa. The sofa leg cracked not only the leg but all the wood under the sofa. I was totally mad and upset with this. I thought I was paying for a nicely structure furniture that wasn't cheap. But the furniture turn out to be very cheap.. I should have gone to a resale shop bought something for a hundred pesos might have last longer. once again I went back to the store to complain it took two weeks for them to come pick up the sofa to have it repaired. When they return the sofa after being repair it was a joke the cloth underneath the sofa was all torn up. I refuse to accept the sofa so they returned it back. And week later I'm to return the sofa again with the cloth correct it. But another problem the material on the arm of the sofa in the bottom of the sofa is sagging. I called them they said they would be here or Monday to come correct it no one showed up I've been calling them and no answer. These people have no feelings about anything only about making a sell and collecting the money . Then you are oblivious to them. I am still waiting for them to come repair the cloth on the sofa. I have call and no answer. .. to be honest I would not even buy toilet paper from these people because once you touch it it might fall apart. my mistake was I should have read the reviews before I went into the store . The reviews on this business are really bad don't make that mistake do not buy anything from these heartless people.
