★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Intente contratar su servicio de internet alambrico. Por suerte no sucedio. Por dias me tuvieron llamando a su servicio de atencion a clientes por problemas con la visita del tecnico ya que acordamos una fecha y hora y despues me dijeron que no manejaban horarios definidos. Llego el dia y nunca llegaron. Llame y me dijeron que por error se cancelo que se tenia que volver a hacer todo el proceso desde el principio y ni fecha proxima de instalacion podrian darme. Les dije no gracias y ahora que veo los comentarios veo que tome la mejor decision.
Try to contract your wired internet service. Luckily it didn't happen. For days they had me calling their customer service for problems with the technician's visit since we agreed on a date and time and then they told me that they did not handle defined hours. The day came and they never came. I called and they told me that by mistake it was canceled that the whole process had to be done again from the beginning and they couldn't give me an upcoming installation date. I told them no thanks and now that I see the comments I see that I made the best decision.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worse service in mexico. DO NOT GET THIS SERVICE! THey only try sto sign up as many persons as they can. i did not think there could possibly be any service wore than telmex but BlueTelecomm by far is the worse! Please watch these reviews and be warned!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would give them no stars if that was an option. The absolute worst internet service I've ever seen. Signal strength comes and goes from one minute to the next, there is always a "technical issue" if you manage to contact their customer service, and contacting customer service is as hit or miss as hitting the lottery. I'm disgusted with the service. Buyer's beware!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't even bother with their service, the worst customer service out there. I was out of service for close to a month and they never contacted me or fixed the issue. Ended up going with a different provider. They are only a waste of time and money. Note- I couldn't give then negative stars, otherwise I would have.
