Very frustrating dealing with them. I was very upset that they would not honour my reservation without their "optional" 3rd party liability insurance. They quote one price, but then they force you to take their "optional" insurance which is 130% of the cost of the car reservation. I jumped through all the hoops that they required including a letter from my platinum credit card for collision coverage and 3rd party liability world-wide add-on from my home-owners insurance. They say that if you can prove you have Mexican liability insurance you can opt out, but in practice they don't honour this. They just try to make it difficult to opt out and rely on the fact that most gringo's will cave-in under the pressure and pay the extra fees because they have their vacation at stake. I would stay away from all companies that lie and cheat their customers like this. The public bus from the airport looks very attractive. I would not recommend them. Very disappointed, frustrated and upset. Big waste of time for the whole family.
