★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un entrenamiento integral que realmente representa un reto, no es como el crossfit, ni como pilates, ni como nada que haya probado antes. Los entrenadores están ahí cada segundo impulsándote, no como en los gimnasios convencionales que luego de que te ponen la rutina, se van a socializar y ya no te vuelven a hacer caso. Muy bien BM Xtrain sobretodo porque el precio es súper accesible :)
 It is an integral training that really represents a challenge, it is not like crossfit, nor as pilates, nor as anything I have tried before. The trainers are there every second pushing you, not like in conventional gyms that after they put on the routine, they will socialize and they will no longer pay attention to you. Very good BM Xtrain especially because the price is super accessible :)
