★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimo servicio, tuve un accidente y por medio del seguro ingreso mi auto a esta agencia, despues de 2 meses de supuesta revision determina la agencia q es irreparable y lo diagnostican como perdida total, fui por el porq no estuve de acuerdo, estaba en el mismo lugar donde lo dejo la grua cuando ingreso y literal no le habian tocado NADA! Tengo fotos de cuando ingreso y cuando lo saque y estaba en la misma posicion, y supuestamente habian hecho pruebas en el taller y demas y por eso su diagnostico, era super evidente la misma posicion ya que por el golpe los rines se habian quebrado, despues de 2 meses perdidos y de demostrarles q no hicieron nada, se hacen los ofendidos, en menos de 20 dias por fuera me lo repararon y revivio el q supuestamente no quedaba por nada del mundo y q era perdida total, no gasten ni pierdan su tiempo en esta agencia, calificarlos con una estrella es mucho, solo porq no se le puede dar ninguna, pesimo servicio
Terrible service, I had an accident and through the insurance I entered my car into this agency, after 2 months of supposed review, the agency determines that it is irreparable and they diagnose it as a total loss, I went for the reason I did not agree, I was in the same place where the crane left him when he entered and literally they had not touched ANYTHING! I have photos of when I entered and when I took it out and it was in the same position, and supposedly they had done tests in the workshop and others and for that reason their diagnosis, the same position was super evident since due to the blow the wheels had broken, after 2 months lost and to show them that they did nothing, they are offended, in less than 20 days they repaired it and revived the one that supposedly there was nothing left in the world and that it was total loss, do not spend or waste your time on This agency, qualifying them with a star is a lot, just because you can not give any, terrible service

Be very careful when buying a preowned here as there are one or more cases in which they are preowned with a report of theft or with an altered serial number.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deje mi carro a servicio y veo que me prende un aviso de que lleve a servicio el carro.. pense que no habian reseteado el carro, pero me dijo el mecanico que "se les paso" y no le hicieron el servicio. Imaginense!! Ademas Una señora Ursula Batani que esta en ventas te vende con mentiras y te trata pesimo.. cuidado ahi
I left my car for service and I see that a warning comes on to take the car for service... I thought they hadn't reset the car, but the mechanic told me that "they missed it" and they didn't do the service. imagine!! In addition, a lady Ursula Batani who is in sales sells you with lies and treats you horribly... be careful there
