Sin embargo el mes pasado acudí a comprar una bicicleta M y el proceso de venta fue bueno, sin embargo al momento de llevarla, no supieron hacer bien los ajustes, nunca revisamos la talla (aunque por suerte me quedó muy bien).
Lo malo es que no estaba ajustada y los baleros de telescopio y ejes no estaban engrasados, por lo que se empezaron a oxidar. Tuve que llevarla a hacer un ajuste a un taller especializado de bicicletas donde la dejaron perfecta.
Es bien sabido que el negocio importante de BMW son los autos, sin embargo, si piensan ofrecer alternativas como bicicletas; deberían capacitar a su personal para poder armarlas de un modo que no requieran ajustes tan profundos siendo nuevas. Mínimo revisar que tengan suficiente aceite y grasa en los mecanismos. Ya que puede representar un peligro y un gasto extra, siendo que no son bicicletas baratas.
El diseño de sus bicicletas es hermoso, y es un producto con mucho potencial!
 I would give it 5 stars for the attention, the staff is very friendly.
However, last month I went to buy an M bike and the sales process was good, however at the time of taking it, they did not know how to make the adjustments well, we never checked the size (although luckily it fit me very well).
The bad thing is that it was not tight and the telescope bearings and axles were not greased, so they began to rust. I had to take it for an adjustment to a specialized bicycle workshop where they left it perfect.
It is well known that BMW's important business is cars, however, if they plan to offer alternatives such as bicycles; they should train their staff to be able to put them together in a way that does not require such deep adjustments as new. Minimum check that they have enough oil and grease in the mechanisms. Since it can represent a danger and an extra expense, since they are not cheap bicycles.
The design of their bikes is beautiful, and it is a product with a lot of potential!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui a ver el scooter C400GT y para mí sorpresa cuando lo encendieron el motor hacia un ruido raro, estaba el jefe de taller y comenta que era porque tenía poco combustible en el tanque, está claro que ese no era el motivo y ayudó en mi decisión de no comprar la moto. Con ese jefe de taller no se cómo pueden dar service a las motos en forma correcta.
Son motos chinas marca Loncin con el logo BMW y ya de entrada parece que salen mal.
I went to see the C400GT scooter and to my surprise when they turned on the engine it made a strange noise, the workshop manager was there and he comments that it was because it had little fuel in the tank, it is clear that this was not the reason and it helped in my decision not to buy the motorcycle. With that workshop manager I don't know how they can service the motorcycles correctly.
They are Chinese Loncin motorcycles with the BMW logo and from the outset it seems that they go wrong.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No se hacen responsables de la instalación del cargador eléctrico... El proveedor que tienen para eso es pésimo y no lo puedes hacer con nadie más porque pierdes garantia.. Tengo más de 1 mes de que me entregaron la unidad y sigo sin cargador. Comprarles un auto eléctrico sería tu peor decisión... El agente de ventas muy amable y siempre pendiente pero no puede hacer mucho por ti porque depende de ese proveedor independiente¡ ESi te animas a comprarles un auto ten mucha paciencia para la instalación del cargador electrico¡
They are not responsible for the installation of the electric charger... The supplier they have for that is lousy and you cannot do it with anyone else because you lose the guarantee... It has been more than 1 month since the unit was delivered to me and I still have no charger. Buying an electric car from them would be your worst decision... The sales agent is very friendly and always on the lookout, but he can't do much for you because he depends on that independent provider! If you dare to buy a car from them, have a lot of patience for the installation of the electric charger ¡
