★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi experiencia en términos de servicio por siniestro, es totalmente negativa y poco de creer. Siendo BMW, me entregaron en 4 ocasiones mi auto en pésimas condiciones (ya arreglado y listo para entrega).
No tienen nada de atención al cliente (no contestan) no tienen seguimiento a su reparación (si no les llamas, no te buscan) su control de calidad no existe (me entregaron mi auto descuadrado y sin tornillos en la parte del motor). Increíble que BMW pueda permitir éste tipo de agencia.
My experience in terms of service due to claims is totally negative and unbelievable. Being BMW, my car was delivered to me on 4 occasions in terrible conditions (already fixed and ready for delivery).
They don't have any customer service (they don't answer) they don't follow up on their repair (if you don't call them, they don't look for you) their quality control doesn't exist (they gave me my car out of square and without screws on the engine part). Incredible that BMW can allow this type of agency.
